摘要
本文从中央银行货币政策与金融监管职能相分离、完善货币政策委员会的功能、完善公开市场体系、加强利率市场化进程、增强货币政策的前瞻性和协调性等方面入手 ,构想了我国中央银行货币政策运作体系的框架。
From the segregation of moneytary policy and supervision function of the moneytary policy comittee, the improvement of the open market system, the procesure of marketization of intrest rate, the aricle devise the operation system of the moneytary policy of central bank.
