摘要
本文首先剖析了私营企业不能持续发展的深层原因,如组织结构、产权、管理观念等,同时也指出了宏观环境方面的一些问题。提出了私营企业要持续发展,只有进行组织结构创新、产权制度创新及管理模式创新,同时也要建立良好的宏观运行环境。
This paper analyzes the further reasons why private enterprises can't develop continously,such as organizatinonal structure、property right、administrative concept and points out some problems about macroenviroment.According to the author,only by innovating organizational strucure、property right,administrative concept and establishing good macroenviroment can private enterprises develop continously.
