以莱茵衣藻为材料 ,研究了Cu2 + 的生物积累 吸附过程以及Cu2 + 对衣藻光合作用的影响 ,并对两者的关系进行了初步讨论。结果表明 ,衣藻对Cu2 + 的生物吸收 吸附速率在 10分钟内达平衡 ;1.0mg L的Cu2 + 对衣藻光合作用的影响较小 ,5 .0、10 .0、2 0 .0mg L的Cu2 + 对衣藻光合作用的影响较大 ,4 0 .0mg L的Cu2 + 可完全抑制衣藻的光合作用。Cu2 +
The process of cupric bioaccumulation/biosorption and effect of copper on photosynthesis by Chlamydomonas reinhardtii were examined in this paper. The results indicate that the system of cupric bioaccumulation/biosorption by Chlamydomonas reinhardtii established equilibrium within 10 minutes, that 1.0mg/L copper hardly affects Chlamydomonas reinhardtii photosynthesis, and 5.0,10.0,20.0mg/L greatly affect, and 40.0mg/L completely restrains. With cellular copper bioaccumulation, physiological functions were influenced in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
