摘要
国内正在采用IEC 61000系列标准文件,文中针对这套标准文件和电网谐波国标关系上的一些不同认识和理解,对照EIC 61000-3-6和《电能质量公用电网谐波》(GB/T 14549—1993)进行论述,以期达到提高认识,完善国家标准和正确执行标准的目的。
The series standards of IEC 61000 are widely adopted nowadays for national standards. The different understanding of relationship between IEC 61000 standards and the national standards of harmonies is presented at home. The paper explains author's viewpoints with IEC 61000-3-6 and the national standard [Quality of Electric Energy Supply Harmonics in Public Supply Networks](GB/T 14549—1993). It will benefit perfecting and performing the national standard of harmonic.
