摘要
为了观察活骨注射液治疗 Ⅱ 期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效 ,选择了符合诊断标准的 Ⅱ 型股骨头缺血性坏死的住院患者80例。采用活骨注射液进行髋关节腔内注射治疗 ,观察其髋关节疼痛和功能、X线、CT的变化及总体疗效。结果显示活骨注射液对于改善股骨头血液循环 ,促进坏死区新骨生长 ,活血止痛效果明显 ,80例临床 Ⅱ 期股骨头缺血性坏死的患者经治疗 6～ 12个月后 ,治愈率达 96 .2 5 % ,总有效率为 98.75 %。表明活骨注射液治疗 Ⅱ 期股骨头缺血性坏死有确切疗效。
The aim is at observing the clinical therapeutic effect of 'HUOGU' injection (HGI,a TCD preparation) on II-staged ischemic necrosis of femoral head (INFH). Eighty in-patient cases of II-staged INFH according with the diagnostic standard were selected and treated by intra-hip-cavity injection of HGI,and the pains and function,X-ray and CT changes of the hip and the total therapeutic effect were observed. The results showed that HGI could produce a significant therapeutic effect improving the blood circulation of the femoral head,promoting the new bone growth in the necrosis site,activating the blood circulation and stopping the pains; the 80 cases of II-staged INFH obtained a curative rate of 96.25 % and a total effective one of 98.75 % through the treatment of 8 to 12 months,suggesting that HGI has a definite therapeutic effect on II-staged INFH.
