摘要
称 0 .2 0 0 0g试样于银坩埚中 ,经KOH和Na2 O2 熔融分解 ,热水浸取、HClO4 沉淀钾离子 ,和蒸发脱水除SiO2后 ,用Rh和Re作内标ICP -MS法测定稀土元素。方法的测定限小于 0 .93ng/ g ,经标准样品分析验证 ,其结果与标准值基本吻合 ,3次平行测定的RSD在 0 .0 44 %~ 3 .88%之间。
A method for determination of Rare Earth Elements in bauxite samples by ICP-MS was developed. 0.1000g samples were decomposed with KOH and Na 2O 2 in Ag crucible and the fused disc were dissolved with hot water. After precipitating K + with HClO 4 and evaporating the solution to dryness for removing the SiO 2, the REE were determined by ICP-MS. The detection limits (3m) of REE are <0.93ng/g.Good agreement was obtained between the certified and the experimental results with precision of 0.044%~3.88% RSD(n=3).
