摘要
以UG和MSC/NASTRAN、MSC/PATRAN为软件平台 ,对中国燃气涡轮研究院提供的轴对称矢量喷管(AVEN)方案的运动机构进行了三维实体建模、运动仿真和有限元强度分析等方面的研究。通过运动学仿真模拟出了喷管的实际运动状态 ,分析了喷管机构运动的可行性和可控性 ,并对运动时各构件间的相互关系 (如干涉、散度等 )及运动极限状态进行了研究 ,得出了该运动机构的最大矢量角以及作动环偏转角与喷管矢量角之间的关系。同时利用有限元通用分析软件对关键零件进行了有限元强度校核 。
This research is done on 3D Modeling, Motion and FEA of AVEN based on the software platform of UG, MSC/PATRAN and MSC/NASTRAN. Having Established a mechanism model with 64 Links and 78 Joints,the real motion state of AVEN is simulated and its feasibility and controllability are analyzed. Also, the intervention of each components and the extreme motion state are studied to generate the vectoring capabilities and the relations between the deflection angle of ring and the vector angle of AVEN. The critical component strength of AVEN is calibrated by FEA software,and the result shows that the strength is satisfying.
