摘要
目地:湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗颜面部皮肤开放性损伤的临床效果,寻求最佳治疗途径。方法:利用MEBO的药理作用,对1995—2002年收治的178例颜 面部皮肤开放性损伤创面应用MEBO处理。结果:178例病人均于20天内痊愈,无明显瘢痕增生,不影响五官功能和面容,未发生局部感染和严重并发症。结论:颜面部皮肤开放性损伤实行MEBO治疗效果良好,操作方法简单易行,尤其适合基层医院使用。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating facial skin open injury and to find outthe best treating approach. Method: 178 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO. Results: All the patients healedin 20 days without hyperplastic scar formation. The infection rate was very low. Conclusion: MEBO is very effective intreating facial skin open injury.
