摘要
目的:调查分析烧伤湿性医疗技术对重症烧伤或会阴部生殖器官烧伤患者生殖功能的影响.方法:应用MEBT治疗的男性患者通过NPT检查、女性患者通过月经周期监测、跟踪随访等方法,观察和分析烧伤患者性功能和生育功能的康复情况.结果:对64例(男52例、女12例)烧伤面积35%～85%TBSA(有会阴部烧伤58例)烧伤患者监测和随访证实,MEBT/MEBO可以有效改善和恢复会阴部烧伤和重症烧伤患者康复后的性功能和生育机能.结论:人类生殖系统有较强的再生修复功能,但因不合理的治疗方法,烧伤患者愈后的性功能障碍或丧失生育能力时有发生.MEBT/MEBO从局部治疗到全身系统治疗的结果显示,以激活潜能再生细胞(PRCs)原位再生修复创面皮肤粘膜的方式,可促进重症烧伤伴有会阴部烧伤患者生殖器官功能的再生和康复并达到满意的程度,这对提高病人愈后健康水平和生活质量都起到了积极作用.
Objective: To investigate the effect of MEBT/MEBO on the recovery of reproduction functionof patients with severe burn and perineal burn. Method: After MEBT treatment, male patients were subjected to NPTexamination and female patients' menstruation cycle were monitored, all the patients were followed-up after discharged.Results: 64 cases (52 males and 12 females) had burn area of 35% to 85%TBSA (58 cases had perineal burn), after treatedwith MEBT/MEBO, their reproductive function was recovered. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO with its proper systemic andlocal treatment can promote the recovery of the function of thermally injured reproductive organs. The regeneration andrecovery of the reproductive organ enable the patients to have a healthy and good living quality after treatment.
