摘要
我国现行宪法颁行20余年来,历经3次修改。宪法修改的主要内容是经济制度;经济制度变化的基本原因,应然是资本短缺这一经济现象寻求宪法支持的结果。
The constitution in China has been amended for three times since its publish. The amendment of present constitution is mainly the change in economy system. The origin of this change is the result of capital shortage looking for the support of constitution.
