摘要
在真空电阻炉上采用了"外热式双重低真空结构"、"氨自分解器装置"、"远红外技术的应用"、"TTL门程控"以及"电阻丝的不等螺距分布"等构思新颖的技术,设计制造成功一种真空化学热处理多用炉,实现了节能、高效、多用、性能稳定、施工简便、价格低廉的新型热处理炉型,一定程度上体现了高科技的综合技术优势.
A new type of versatile vacuum electric furnace for chemical heat treatment is developed, in which the low vacuum structure heating outside, the NH_3 auto-disintegrating instrument, the technology of ultra-red heating, TTL automation and the diverse distribution of the electric coil are adopted. This furnace is characterized by energy saving, high efficiency, versatility, convenience and low price.
