摘要
介绍一种采用喷嘴 /挡板机构的膜片式电—气转换器 ,论述了该转换器核心部件的基本结构、电—气转换原理、闭环反馈控制方法及关键电路设计 ,并对转换器工作状态进行了实验研究。结果表明 ,该转换器性能卓越 。
Introducing a membranaceous electro-pneumatic transducer that adopts the nozzle-flapper framwork,illustrating the structure of the core unit,the converting principles,and the detail control methods with the key circuits of close-loop and feedback control,then making the experimental research on the working state.It is proved that the transducer with excellent performance is promising to be applied in the industral autocontrol field.
