摘要
凝胶注模成型是一种原位成型工艺 ,该工艺是制备形状复杂、成分均匀和可靠性高的陶瓷材料的理想成型工艺。以降低Al2 O3陶瓷浆料的黏度和提高固相含量为重点 ,分别研究了pH值、分散剂、固相含量对浆料黏度的影响 ,以及固相含量对坯体抗弯强度的影响 ,并制备出固相含量 5 5 %、黏度 0 .69Pa·s的Al2 O3浆料 ,其坯体抗弯强度 3 1MPa .
Gelcasting is an in situ forming process. The process is a promising technique for complex shapes of ceramic materials with high ingredient uniformity and high reliability of performance. The paper attaches importance to reducing the viscosity and improving solid loading in volume. The effects of pH value, dispersant, and solid loading on the viscosity and the effects of solid loading on the bending strength were investigated. Al 2O 3 slurry with 55% solid loading in volume and 0.69Pa·s viscosity and green body with 31MPa three point bending strength were prepared.
