摘要
目的 观察平阳霉素 (PYM )瘤体内注射治疗儿童颌面部海绵状淋巴管瘤的疗效。方法 收集1994.1～ 2 0 0 2 .6.用PYM注射治疗儿童颌面部海绵状淋巴管瘤 3 2例 ,2～ 4周注射一次 ,5次为一疗程。结果 经6个月～ 8年随访 ,总有效率达 99%。结论 PYM治疗儿童颌面部海绵状淋巴管瘤疗效高 ,是一种简便 ,安全的有效方法。
objective The effect of pingyangmycin (PYM) in treatment of children cavernous type lymphangioma in the oral and maxillofacial regions was analysed. Methods The medical records of 32 patients with lymphangioma in the oral and maxillafacial regions between January 1994 and June 2002 were reviewed, pinyangmycin was injected into the cavity of the lymphangioma, and the injection may be repeated every 2-4 weeks, this process may be repeated 5 times. Results 32 patients were followed for 6 months^8 years. The total curative rate of lymphangioma was 99%.Conclusion the method may be a safe, simple, and effective therapy to children lymphangioma in oral and maxillofacial regions.
