摘要
目的 研究成年时尚未接受手术治疗的腭裂患者软组织侧貌的形态特征。方法 采用X线头影测量方法 ,对 49例成年腭裂患者软组织侧貌进行测量 ,并与正常人进行比较分析。结果 腭裂患者的上、下面高度比例协调 ,接近正常 ,上唇长度、唇间隙减小 ,下唇增长 ,颏唇沟深度无明显变化。结论 未手术成年腭裂患者软组织侧貌的畸形主要表现在面下部 ,即上、下唇长度比例失调。
Objective This article is to analysis the profile of soft tissue of the adult patients with unoperated cleft palate.Methods X-ray cephalometry was used in this study of the profile of soft tissue carried out in 28 males and 21 females with unoperated cleft palate. The datas of the cephalometric measurements were compared with that of normal adults.Results The ratio of the upper facial height and the lower facial height is close to the normal adults. The length of the upper lip and the interlabial gap is decreased, the length of the lower lip is increased,the mentolabial sulcus unchanges. Conclusions The deformities of soft tissue of the adult patients with unoperated cleft palate are mainly considered to be that the ratio of the length of the upper and lower lip is not harmonious.
