摘要
日本古代虽迁都频繁,但由宗教原因而导致的迁都事件,历史上只发生过一次。佛教被定为国教后,其政治干预力量日趋强大。随着"政教合一"局面在奈良的愈演愈烈,"律令政治"逐渐衰微,天皇政治亦受到了空前的威胁。由僧人导演的一幕乱政闹剧,终于使新天皇痛下决心,将都城从奈良迁往平安。平安迁都,有效地抑制了佛教的政治影响,在恢复"律令政治"的同时,也使新都城在格局上发生了与以往反差鲜明的巨大变化。
Although there are frequent events of moving the capital to other places in ancient Japan, there was only one movement caused by religious reason. After the Buddhism was established as the state religion, its intervention into the political issues became gradually stronger. In Nara, as the situation of integrating religion with politics became even more serious, the Rituryou System was declined accordingly, which further led to the power of Tennou facing an unprecedented threat. Such disordered political farces directed by monks forced the Tennou to make the final painful decision to move the capital from Nara to Heian.This capital movement had effectively restrained the Buddhism's impact on political issues, and with resuming the Rituryou System, the pattern and structure of the new capital city had got a great change, which was quite different from what it was before.
