摘要
1979年9月至1992年1月,我们采用多针内固定治疗股骨颈骨折33例,随访30例,均全部获得骨性愈合。1例术后2年发生股骨头缺血坏死,占3.3%。功能恢复优良率为90%(27例)。重点讨论了该手术的方法及应注意的方面,认为该手术创伤小,操作简便,具有临床实用意义。
From July 1979 to January 1992,30 out of the 33 cases of femoral neck fracture who received treatment of multi-nail internal fixation were monitored.Except in one case occurred avascular necro- sis of femoral head 2 years after the opetation,the remaining were healed with bony union.The ex- cellent rate of function recovery was 90%(27 cases).Our discussion centres on the method of opera- tion.It is easy and of practical clinic significance.
