摘要
我院1986年5月～1991年5月收治小脑出血27例,其中手术治疗14例,非手术治疗13例,死亡5例,病死率18.5%。本文对小脑出血的诊断,手术治疗和非手术治疗的指征进行了讨论。作者认为脑室引流是治疗小脑出血的一种有效方法。
This paper reports 27 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage from May 1986 to May 1991.14 of them underwent a surgical operation,13 cases underwent conservative treatment and 5 died(18.50%).This paper discusses the diagnosis of cerebellar hemorrhage,the indications of operative treatment and con- servative treatment.The authors believe that ventricular drainage is a effective method of the treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage.
