摘要
观察了5例 M_4Eo 患者的 Eos 形态以及细胞化学染色,并与6例继发性 Eos 增多症患者的 Eos 作了比较。发现 M_4Eo 患者 Eos 形态学在多数项目上与后者有明显差异,细胞化学染色也与粒-单核细胞类似,其中1例可见 Auer 小体。我们认为:M_4Eo 患者体内不仅存在着粒-单核细胞系的恶性细胞克隆,其 Eos 数量以及质量也有异常。可能属髓系干细胞克隆恶性变。此外,M_4Eo 的诊断标准之一,骨髓 Eos 分类也应以非红系计算为宜。
Eosinophils morphocytology and its cytochemical analysis were made of 5 cases of M_4 with eosinophilia(M_4Eo)in comparison with 6 cases of secondary eosinophilia.We have found that there are obvious differences between M_4Eo and secondary eosinophilia in many aspects.Cytochemical dye- ing is also similar to that of myelomonocyte,wich could be found in Auer bodies in one patient of M_4Eo.It is suggested that there may be not only colony of maligmant myelomonocyte in the patients of M_4Eo.but also abnormal of quanity and quatity Jn Eosinophils.There may be malignant changes of myelocytic stem cell colony.It's also suggested that bone marrow's cellular classification would be countered by non-erythroid cells.
