摘要
采用 PAP 免疫组织化学方法,对心房利钠肽样免疫反应神经元在大鼠动眼神经核和三叉神经运动核内的分布的研究表明:一定数量的大型和中型(以大型为主)多极的 ANP 样免疫反应神经元分别存在于动眼神经核和三叉神经运动核内,细胞呈多角形、三角形或卵圆形。在动眼神经核内,阳性胞体以核的腹内侧部最多,背外侧部次之,中央部很少。在三叉神经运动核内,阳性胞体分布于核的中央和背侧部。在两核内的阳性胞体之间均分别含有一些阳性纤维。结果提示:脑内ANP 可能在调节眼外肌和咀嚼肌的随意运动和反射活动中起着一种神经调质的作用。
The distribution of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)-like immunoreactive(IR)neurons in the ocu- lomotor nucleus and trigeminal motor nucleus of the rat was studies with the immunohistochemical PAP method.A certain number of large and medium-sized multipolar ANP-IR neurons were respec- tively presented in the oculomotor nucleus and trigeminal motor nucleus.The positive cells were poly- gon,trigon or ovoid in shape.In the oculomotor nucleus,the most positive cell bodies were located in the ventromedial part of the nucleus,the less in the laterodorsal part and a few in the center.And in the trigeminal motor nucleus,the positive cell bodies were observed in the center and dorsal part of the nucleus.There were some positive fibers among the cell bodies of the two nuclei.The results suggested that atrial natriuretic peptide in the brain act as a neuromodulator in control of the voluntary move- ment and reflexive activities of the external muscles of the eyeball and muscles of mastication.
