摘要
1979年5月～1990年7月我院手术治疗各类纵隔肿瘤175例,其中2例术中发现为胸内脊膜膨出症,须引起胸外科医师的注意。作者认为,术前遇到后纵隔囊性肿块,同时伴有胸椎的骨性改变及神经纤维瘤病或皮肤色素沉着时,应高度怀疑本病。而术中穿刺确诊、避免脊髓及神经根损伤、严密封闭囊颈及牢固修补缺损等,则是提高手术疗效的关键。
Between May 1979 and July 1990,175 patients with mediastinal tumor were operated upon and two of them were diagnosed as intrathoracic meningocele during the operation.Thus ,it is necessary for the thoracic surgeon to pay attention to it.The authors consider that this entity should be highly suspected,whenever a posterior mediastinal cystic mass is simultaneously associated with bone changes of the thoracic vertebrae and neurofibromatosis or cutaneous pigmentation.It is important for surgeons to diagnosticate with puncture into cyst at operation,protect the spinal marrow and nervous root from injury,close the meningocele neck and cover the defect with the cystic wall and the parietal pleural.
