摘要
应用等速电泳(IP)法检测了以人的脾脏、扁桃腺、白细胞为原料生产的四批转移因子(TF)中的 ATP 和 c—AMP 的含量,经多次复测,重复性好,变异系数均小于5%,适用于常规分析。
ATP and cAMP of 4 batches of transfer factor (TF) purified from human being's spleen,tonsil and WBC were measured by isovelocity phoresis (IP) method.After many repetitions,the results were similar.All the variation coefficients were <5%.We suggest that IP method could be as an analysis routine for measuring ATP and cAMP of TF.
