摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法测定了28例视网膜脱离患者和22例老年性白内障患者血清锌含量较正常人为低,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。提示对这两种眼科疾患的治疗,应补充锌制剂。另外,还对锌与视网膜脱离和老年性白内障的关系进行了探讨。
Serum zinc content was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in 28 cases of retinal detachment and 22 cases of senile cataract.The results showed that the serum zinc value of retinal de- tachment and senile cataract was lower than that of normal persons with significant difference (P<0.05).This indicates that during the treatment of retinal detachment and senile cataract zinc preparation is needed.In addition,the relationship between zinc and retinal detachment or senile cataract was discussed.
