摘要
在11例上气道狭窄患者的流速-容量曲线中.发现呼气流速曲线与吸气流速曲线均出现不同程度的平台,FEF_(50%)/FIF_(50%)比值,FIF_(50%)可作为临床诊断上气道狭窄的指标。
In 11 cases of patients with upper airway obstructions,varied expiratory and inspiratory plateau on the flow-volume loop were found.The FEF_50%/FIF_50% ratio,FIF_50%,could serve as indication of clinically diagnosing upper airway obstruction.
