摘要
我科自1985年以来应用旋股外侧血管升支髂骨瓣和旋股内侧血管深支大转子骨瓣转位植骨修复股骨预骨折共63例,取得良好效果。文中对手术具体方法、注意事项及其应用范围等进行了详细的介绍。
Iliac bone flap greater trochanter bone flap grafting have been applied to repairing femoral neck fracture in 63 cases in our department since 1985.Those bone flaps were pedicled with ascending branches of lateral circumflex femoral vessels and deep branches of medial circumflex femoral respec- tively.The results have been encouraging.This article discussed the operative methods,the cautions and the operative indications in detail.
