摘要
阿魏酸钠800mg/kg 灌胃15d,然后进行结扎大白鼠左枝冠状动物45min.解除结扎恢复血流灌注60min,复制大自鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。观察该药对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果:阿魏酸钠明显提高心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低心肌丙二醛含量和减少心肌细胞的肌酸磷酸激酶释放,(Creatine phosphokinase,CPK),减轻再灌注导致心肌超微结构损伤。提示,阿魏酸钠对大白鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。作用机理与抗氧化作用有关。
800 mg/kg·d of Natrii Ferulatis(NF)was given orally to rats for 15 days.The myocardial is- chemia reperfusion injury modal was produced bythe occlusion of the left coronary artery and the re- lease of the occlusion in rats,significanntly improving myocardial SOD activity,reducing MDA con- tent and cardial CPK release,also portecting myocardial ultrastructure,keeping them from the oxygen free radical damage.These results indicate that NF have a protective effect on myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion injury probably by inhibiting the oxygen free radicals and subsequence lipid peroxidation.
