摘要
本文报告68例非颌骨性的上下前牙牙槽性错(牙合)畸形的外科正畸手术。主要采用了Wassmund 改良术,根尖下截骨术、颏成形术完成。对术前设计要点、模型外科方法与手术主要步骤作了介绍,井将牙-牙槽性错(牙合)畸形的分类、诊断要点,手术适应证的选择、术后骨段固定方法与并发症的预防作了简要讨论。
68 Cases of orthognathic surgery on alveolar malocclusion of both maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth were re- ported.The reformative Wassmund's method,subapical osteotomy and geniopasty were principally used in orthognathic operations.The main paints of presurgical design,model surgical method and main operating steps were recommenced and the classification of alveolar maloceiusion,essentials of diagn,s,choice of the surgical indication,fixation method of.the bone segment and prevention of complication were briefly discussed.
