摘要
“文责自负”是出版业的一句行话。笔者从“编辑”一词的特定含义 ,从编辑最重要的特征选择 ,从编辑重要的职能组构活动这 3个切入点试作分析 ,认为“文责共负”较之“文责自负”更有说服力 ,需要强调的是“文责共负”还需各有所责。
The author bears the responsibility for his views' is a jargon in publishing industry. The author here tries to analyse from three aspects, i.e. the unique connotation of the word 'edit', the most important feature of editing-selecti on and the editors'important function-organization, and concludes that 'the ed itors and the authors both bear the responsibility for the writings' is more co nvincing. What should be emphasized is that the editors and the authors must tak e their own different responsibilities for the writings respectively.
