摘要
阐述科技论文参考文献的著录原则 ;指出科技期刊引文中存在的问题 ,并给出编辑方法。
The principles of reference recording in scientific papers are set forth. The improper and wrong citations of references found in scientific journ als are pointed out, and the editing methods for solving various unreasonablenes s and correcting mistakes are given.
