摘要
同时检测了68例肺癌、28例肺良性疾病、35例健康成人血清锰超氧物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活力和癌胚抗原(CEA)含量,Mn-SOD 的阳性率为77.94%,诊断正确率为79.17%,均高于CEA;Mn-SOD 对各型肺癌均有较高的检出率;Mn-SOD 活力及阳性率与肺癌病期相关,晚期患者高于早期病人,12例肺癌患者 Mn-SOD 活力变化与手术切除疗效相关。结果提示;Mn-SOD 在肺癌的诊断、鉴别诊断,临床分期及疗效监测方面优于 CEA;Mn-SOD 与 CEA 联合检测优于单项检测。
Serum manganese-containing Superoxide dismutase(Mn-SOD)activity and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level were measured in 68 patients with lung cancer,28 patients with benign pul- monary disease and 35 normal subjects.The results showed that the positive rate(77.94%)and diag- nostic accuracy rate(79.17%)of Mn-SOD activity for lung cancer were higher than those of CEA. Mn-SOD activity and positive rate related to the stages of lung cancer,Mn-SOD activity in patients with the anvanced lung cancer was higher than that of the early lung cancer.CEA was more sensitive to adenocarcinoma of the lung while Mn-SOD was sensitive to small cell lung cancer and squamous cell lung cancer also.The changes of Mn-SOD activity in 12 patients with lung cancer were related to the results of surgical treatment,Mn-SOD was superior to CEA for diagnosis,differential diagnosis,divid- ing clinical stages and monitoring therapy of the patients with the lung cancer,Combinative determina- tion of both Mn-SOD and CEA was better than that of single marker.
