耐酸搪瓷设备的搪瓷损坏后 ,采用合理的材料和合适方法及时修复 ,可达到延长耐酸搪瓷设备使用寿命、降低生产成本、提高产品质量和避免更换设备的目的。修复搪瓷的方法有金属材料填塞法 ,金属材料紧固隔离法 ,无机、有机胶泥封闭法等 ,在使用中要根据具体环境选择不同的方法和材料 。
The service life of the enamel equipment could be extended after timely restoration of the damaged enamel by using the proper materials and appropriate restoration technique. This has reduced the production costs, improved the product quality and saved the time for replacing the equipment. The restoration techniques include metal filling, metal tightened isolation, organic and inorganic daub sealing etc. Proper method should be selected based upon the service conditions to ensure safe operation.
