摘要
介绍了近年来常减压蒸馏装置高酸值原油的加工情况 ,分析了加工高酸值原油给生产操作、产品质量、系统平衡及设备腐蚀等方面带来的不利影响。当酸值高于 0 .5mgKOH/g时 ,环烷酸腐蚀便明显加重 ;而当高酸、高硫原油混炼或交替加工时 ,对设备的腐蚀更加严重。采取材质升级、适量注碱或改注有机胺、注高温缓蚀剂和控制工艺流速等措施可使腐蚀得到控制。
The Operation of processing high acid–value crude in atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in recent years was discussed and the negative impact of high acid-value crude on the unit operation, product quality, system balance and equipment corrosion was analyzed. When the acid value exceeded 0.5 mgKOH/g, naphthenic acid corrosion obviously increased. While the high acid-value and high sulfur crudes were processed in mixture or alternatingly, the equipment corrosion deteriorated. The corrosion could be controlled by material upgrading, proper injection of caustics or addition of organic amine, high-temperature corrosion inhibitor and control of the process velocities.
