摘要
用ELIAS法对53例精液(HSP)标本进行检测,结果35例男性不育患者的HSP中IgA为20.226±11.098g/L,18例正常HSP中IgA为5.25±2.258g/L,两者有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组HSP中的IgG、IgM含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。再用琼脂单扩散法对上述相同标本检测,结果与ELISA大致相同。提示检测HSP中IgA的含量,对诊断男性不育有意义。
53 human sperma(HSP)specimens were determined with an enzyme-linked immunosorbant as- say(ELISA).The IgA values of HSP of 35 masculine sterility cases and 18 normal persons were 20. 226±11.098g/L,5.250±2.258g/L respecively with significante difference(P<0.01).But the HSP values of IgG and IgM were not difference between this two groups(P<0.05).The results of simple agar diffiusion test were similar to the results of ELISA.It shows that determination of HSP IgA is suitable to diagnose masculine sterility.
