摘要
本文报导在基本消灭血吸虫病地区,采用先行皮试过筛,以环卵沉淀试验和间接血凝试验两项血清学检查阳性诊断病人。此方案所查结果粪检阳性者无一漏诊,因此适于在该地区查病。
667 persons were examined in under-control endemic of schistosomiasis japonica.183 cases were positive(27.4％).The positive cases were examined by COP and IHA.Both positive reaction were 21 (3.1％).9 out of 21 cases were positive by feacal examination.The investigation showed that this di- agnostic strategy(COP+IHA)is suitable for under-control endemic of schistosomiasis japonica.
