摘要
用高压液相色谱仪(HPLC)测定46例阳性和阴性精神分裂症患者腰段脑脊液中高香草酸(HVA)水平,结果发现;阴性精神分裂症HVA水平与正常人和阳性患者相比显著降低,提示精神分裂症阴性患者,多巴胺(DA)活动降低。HVA水平与兴奋、行为怪异等症状呈正相关,与情感平淡呈负相关,与思维障碍不相关,提示思维障碍不能用某一递质系统的变化来解释。
Using high pressure liquid chromatography,the CSF homovanillic acid(HVA)level of 25 posi- tive,21 negative schizophrenia patients and 8 normal controls were analysed.The results showed that CSF HVA level of negative schizophrenia patients was lower than those of both positive schizophrenia patients and normal controls.It is suggest that the active of CSF dopamine of negative schizophrenia is lower.The results also showed that the CSF HVA level was positive correlation with impulse,bizarre behaviour,and negative correlation with apathy,no correlation with disturbance thinking.
