摘要
介绍一种新的控制步进电机的方法 ,即基于Windows下通过程序采用数字I/O卡控制步进电机。详细介绍了数字I/O卡控制步进电机的程序实现后 ,结合电脑横机说明该方法的实际应用。该方法尤其适用于需要控制多个步进电机 ,并且不需要复杂的曲线插补的场合。非常经济实用。
In this paper, a new method of how to control stepping motors through a digital I/O card based on Windows is presented. After giving the detailed controlling program, a program application to the computerized flat knitting machine is stated. It is pretty economical for some numerical control machines to use the method, particularly when the complex curve interpolation is unnecessary.
