摘要
为科学合理地确定产业损害幅度 ,应对国外反倾销 ,本文建构了反倾销中产业损害幅度测算指标框架体系 ,并阐述了指标体系的系统性、层次性、兼顾性、实践性特征。
This article constructed an index system for the calculation of industry injury extent in anti-dumping.This index system,which is systematical, hierarchical,compatible and practicable, will make the calculation of industry injury extent more scientific and will be helpful for the anti-dumping authority to deal with affairs about foreign anti-dumping.
