摘要
着重针对应用于饲料生产工艺的称重配料系统的控制策略进行研究,特别是对空中落差的研究,推出了实现该控制策略的高性能称重配料控制器,并进行切实可行的软硬件设计,以真正实现称重配料系统的高性能。
This paper discusses the control strategy for high performance weight mixing system which is used in feedstuff production line, makes more researches of its falling down errors, sets up the high performance weight mixing controller based on the control strategy, and finishes the design of software and hardware in order to reach the real high performance of weight mixing system.
