摘要
对中压配电网中采用的各种中性点接地方式进行了技术分析比较,并就城乡配电网改造中的中性点接地方式的选择进行了简单的探讨。
The paper analyzes and compares different neutral grounding schemes distribution networks, and enquires how to select neutral grounding schemes in China urban and rural power networks′ transformation.
