摘要
通过改变合成条件与合成体系 ,考察了不同硅源合成的HZSM 5分子筛对Mo/HZSM 5催化剂上甲烷无氧脱氢芳构化反应性能的影响 .结果表明 ,用水玻璃合成的HZSM 5分子筛负载Mo后 ,其催化性能优于用硅溶胶合成的分子筛 .1HMASNMR测定结果表明 ,前者的Br¨onsted酸浓度较后者大 .通过改变合成条件 ,减小HZSM 5分子筛的粒度 。
The effects of particle size of HZSM 5 zeolite and silicon sources for preparation of HZSM 5 on the reaction performance of methane dehydro aromatization over Mo/HZSM 5 catalyst were studied by changing the synthesis conditions and systems. The results showed that the catalytic performance of Mo/HZSM 5 catalyst in which the HZSM 5 was synthesized via soluble water glass was better than that of Mo/HZSM 5 catalyst in which the HZSM 5 was synthesized via silica sol. 1 H MAS NMR measurements revealed that the amount of Brnsted acid sites in the former is more than that in the latter. In addition, by using the HZSM 5 zeolite with smaller particle size, the corresponding Mo/HZSM 5 catalyst shows better catalytic stability.
