摘要
田径运动技术属终身体育项目 ,但其目前的教学时数却不足 1 995年前的 62 %.为了缓解这对矛盾 ,保证教学质量 ,作者提出了“精选教学内容、充分运用现代化教学手段的田径技术环式教学法” .同时 ,紧扣“田径技术环式教学法” 。
The technique of track and field sports is a lifelong activities, but the hours of teaching is less than 62% of that in 1995. In order to improve the quality of teaching, this paper proposes the revolving method of selecting the contents of teaching, using the modern means in teaching the technique of track and field. At the same time, the paper puts forward the design of the outclass activities.
