摘要
十六大在全面规划我国建设小康社会宏伟蓝图的同时 ,突出强调了文化建设的极端重要性。文化是民族的灵魂 ,文化是综合国力重要组织部分 ,全面建设小康社会 ,既要有繁荣的经济 ,也要有繁荣的文化。要正确认识高校校园文化的地位与作用 ,按照先进文化的要求加强校园文化建设 。
At the 16th Conference the great blueprint for building a well off society across the country was made and meanwhile a special importance of the cultural construction was specially emphasized.The culture is a nation's soul,the important part of national comprehensive forces.In order to build a well off society across the country,we need prosperous economy as well as flourishing culture.We should correctly understand the position and function of campus culture in universities,strengthen construction of campus culture according to the requirement of advanced culture and constantly developm appreach and methods for the construction of campus culture under the new situation.
