摘要
目的 讨论院外猝死心肺脑复苏 (CPCR)失败主要原因。方法 对 10 8例院外猝死患者实行常规心肺脑复苏。结果 只有 2例呼吸循环恢复 ,但呈植物状态。结论 超出心肺脑复苏安全时限 ,氧供与氧耗的严重失调 ,是院外猝死患者心肺脑复苏失败的重要原因。
Objective To discuss the failure to cardio pulmonary cerebral resuscitation out of hospital.Methods Cardio pulmonary cerebral resuscitation was conducted in 108 sudden death patients.Results Only two patients resuscitated, but assumed vegetative state.Conclusion Exceeding the safety time limit and serious imbalance between oxygen supply and consumption were the main causes of cardio pulmonary cerebral resuscitation failure.
