摘要
目的:应用自凝胶条及自凝塑胶材料制作桩核熔模。方法:选择长度、大小适中的自凝胶条和适量的自凝胶,适当的时候插入根管口内,调整核的外型,硬固前取出加热即可。结果:前牙450例,后牙150例桩核熔模无一例失败,成功率高。结论:此方法操作简便、成本低、桩核外型易调整,不变型。
Objective: To make the dowel nucleus fusion model with self-cured acrylic resin ingot. Methods: Moderate long and sizable self - cured acrylic resin ingot and appropriate amount of selfsured acrylic resin were chosen and inserted into root canal in a proper time, then the shape of the core was adjusted. Finally the model was taken out and heated before scleroma. Results: The successful rate of dowel nucleus fusion model in 450 cases of front teeth and 150 cases of posterior teeth was high without failure.Conclusion: This way has many merits such as easy operation, low cost, easy adjustment of the shape of dowel nucleus and no deformation.
