摘要
研究了模拟酸雨对棉花子叶蛋白质含量的影响。发现:棉花子叶蛋白质含量与酸雨pH值之问具极显著的Logistic曲线关系;在固定胁强(pH2.5)下,处于光照或黑暗处理条件下的棉花子叶蛋白质含量与胁程之间具极显著的负直线相关关系;比较分析发现:光照条件下材料蛋白质含量比黑暗条件下的要高20~40%;还发现苯甲酸钠、氢醌、抗坏血酸、水杨氧肟酸等自由基清除剂用于处理后恢复保温时能有效地阻滞伤害材料蛋白质含量下降。
Impact was studied of simulated anid rain on the protein content in cotton( Gossypium hirsutum )cotyledom(PCCC).It was observed that there was a high significant Logistic curve relationship between PCCC and the pH values of simulated acid rain, and a high significant negative linear relationship between PCCC and stressduration of simulated acid rain under a given stress strength (pH2.5)with light or dark condition .It was observed that the protein content of the treated materials in the light was 20~40% higher than that of the materials in the dark by meam of comparative analysis, It was also observed that the drop ofprotein content of the injured materials could be stopped effectively when free radical scavengers, such as sodium benzoate, hydroquinone, ascorhate and salicyl hydroxamic acid, were used in the recovery incubation after acid rain treatment.
