摘要
在计算机辅助夹具设计过程中,探讨了夹具规划的实施方法。考虑了从早期概念设计阶段到后期结构设计阶段多方面的因素,提出了夹具单元构形设计的概念,由此讨论了给定定位表面后夹具结构多方案的生成和优化。这种设计过程为夹具设计自动化提供了一种新的、自顶向下的设计途径。最后通过实例进行了分析验证。
A method of fixture planning is discussed in the process of computer-aided fixture design (CAFD), and various kinds of factors from the conceptual design stage to structure design stage are considered. A new concept of fixture unit configuration planning is proposed., and then the generation and optimization of alternative fixture structure schemes are discussed in detail given a set of fixed locating surfaces. Therefore a new 'top-down' design approach for fixture design automation is provided by this design strategy. Finally an application example is given to show and verify the concept and method proposed in the paper.
