摘要
制度是经济增长的源泉,作为制度的主要组成部分———非正式制度,对经济发展具有促进或阻碍作用。少数民族经济发展长期处于落后状态,其中主要因素是受到诸如产权意识模糊、财富积累意识差、传统观念固化和传统风俗习惯等非正式制度因素的制约。因此,要促进少数民族经济发展,应通过培育以人为中心的发展模式,利用正式制度强化其产权意识和经济理性,以及促进少数民族知识发展等途径来促进非正式制度的创新。
The system is a headspring of economic increase.Informal system is an important proportion of system.It can promote or baffle economic development.Restrict from factors of informal system,which includes illegibility on the ideal of property right,lack of consciousness of wealth accumulation consciousness,solidified traditional idea,traditional customs and habits,is a major cause to make the development of economy of ethnic minorities drop behind in a long time.Therefore,if we want to promote the development of ethnic economy,we should accelerate the innovation of informal system.If we want to accelerate the innovation,we have to cultivate the development mode with a center of human being,make use of formal system to enhance peoples consciousness of property right and economic reason,and promote knowledge development of ethnic minorities.
