摘要
采用氧指数法、热重分析及烟密度测试法就锡酸锌对软质PVC的阻燃抑烟行为进行了研究。发现锡酸锌不仅是软质PVC的良好阻燃剂 ,更是一种性能优异的抑烟剂 ,添加 15份时 ,最大烟密度只是空白试样的 32 .5 % ,氧指数为 30 .8。
The effects of zinc stannate on flame retardancy and smoke suppression of soft PVC were studied by means of LOI,TGA and smoke density measurement.It is discovered that zinc stannate is not only an effective flame retardant,but an excellent smoke suppressant for PVC.By adding 15phr of zinc stannate to flexible PVC,the LOI of it rises from 26.7 % to 30.8 % and the maximal smoke density is reduced to 32.5 % of the basic formulation.Under certain circumstances,it is possible to substitute zinc stannate for antimony trioxide in the flame retarded flexible PVC.
