摘要
本文对国产抗贫血制剂“血多泉”与美国同类制剂“Pigdex-100”对仔猪抗贫血效果进行了比较研究。结果表明,对照组仔猪贫血症状明显,血红蛋白(Hb)值显著低于处理组(P<0.01),50日龄平均增重也较补铁组低1.3kg。但“血多泉”组与“Pigdex-100”组之间在相同剂量(200mgFe/仔猪)下,Hb值和增重均无显著差异,但使用“血多泉”经济成本低于进口产品。
The effect of two kinds of anti-anaemia agents, i.e, Siderotran made in China and Pigdex-100 made in the American was studied comparatively in the paper.The results showed that the piglets in the control group developed anaemia obviously, and the level of hemoglobin (Hb)in blood was much lower than that in treat groups (P<0.01), and the average gain at 50-day age decreased by 1.3 kg as compared with that in treat groups. Though there was no marked difference in both the level of Hb and the average gain between the siderotran-treated group and the Pigdex-100-treated group at the same dose (200mgFe/head), the cost of siderotran was lower than that of Pigdex-100.
