摩托车盘式制动器分配泵试验台的研制

摘要 液压盘式制动器分配泵试验台是应用计算机控制技术来实现控制与检测的。该系统主要由盘式制动器分配泵泵体总成夹具、电和气动执行机构、前后轮盘式制动器、位移传感器、压力传感器、放大器、接口电路、计算机及打印机等组成。本系统采用了高级语言和汇编语言混合编程的方法。分配泵检测的工作方式是由计算机程序控制的1/O口执行多通道自动采样并实时显示。该试验台能绘制各种型号分配泵行程与摩托车前后轮盘式制动器制动力的关系曲线,也可对盘式制动器进行耐久性试验。实践证明,该系统操作简单,数据直观、准确,设备的稳定性、可靠性及重复性好。 The distributing pump test bench for hydraulic disc brake is controlled and tested by means of computer. The system is composed of the pump's body unit fixture, electro-and pneumatic-actuating mechanism, f/r wheel disc brakes, displacement sensor, pressure sensor, amplifier, interface circuit, computer and printer. The system uses high level language and assembly language programs. The working mode detacted by the distributing pump is automatically in a multi-channel way sampled by the computer-controlled I/O port and real-time displayed. The test bench is capable of plotting the relation curves between the strokes of various types of distributing pumps and the braking forces of f/r wheel disc brakes. The durability test of disc brake can also be conducted with the bench. Practices show that the system is easy in operation with direct-viewing and accurate parameters and better stability, reliability and repeatability of equipment.
